Joy in the Morning

coffee-1024x512 But First Coffee

As the psalmist says, joy cometh in the morning. The sun is shining, the temperature is rising at last, my Lent roses have bloomed, the daffodils look ready, my weight watchers program is working (good bye COVID weight), I’m scheduled for COVID shot #2 today, and I have The Price of Glory back from the editor. Life is good.

Hellebore or Lent Rose–my plants are young but they will grow

One quick reminder, the e-vesion of Storm & Shelter is still 99 cents. It will revert to full price after it launches on April 13 so grab a copy now if you haven’t already! Eight of your favorite authors, eight all new novellas, a pesky Teatime Tattler reporter and one cataclysmic storm. For updates on bargains and new releases don’t forget to follow me on Bookbub and my  newsletter.

Isn’t cataclysmic a lovely word? It was my favorite last week. Bewildered was a close second, as in “the heroine of The Value of Pity is frequently bewildered. Of course as this week vaccination is high on my list, as in “vaccination in 1839 plays a prominent role in The Price of Glory,” and “I am getting my second vaccination today.”

And I almost forgot! I have the final ebook version of a cover for The Price of Glory. I haven’t decided when to reveal it, but, when I do, I’ll show it to Caroline Warfield’s Fellow Travelers on Facebook first.

I’m off to edit. But first, coffee!
